Food itself is medicine — that is the principle of diet therapy. Backed by an M.Sc in Food & Nutrition, a personalised plan is built for every patient, including the DIP diet (Disciplined & Intelligent Person’s Diet) where appropriate.
What the DIP diet is
The DIP diet is a disciplined eating sequence: the day begins with fruit, and the share of raw vegetables, sprouts and traditional sattvic food in meals is increased, while processed food, added sugar and dairy are gradually reduced.
How the plan is built
The consultation looks at your routine, current meals, digestion, sleep and any test reports. The plan is built from what is already available in your kitchen and local market — expensive supplements are not required.
- Personalised diet plans — for diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, thyroid and digestive complaints
- DIP diet — a disciplined eating sequence for lifestyle disease
- Weight management — no crash diets; gradual, sustainable change
